WHERE IS OCEANS CALVIÀ BEACH LOCATED?

OPENING HOURS

Every event has a different opening and closing time and areas. Areas: Oceans Garden & Oceans Beach. Those who have purchased tickets (Pre-ticket, general admission and VIP ticket) or the VIP Zone in the Oceans Beach area may remain in the Oceans Garden area after 8:00 p.m. (if this area is still open). You can use your VIP area until the reserved area closes, except for special events where the party end time is indicated on your ticket. We reserve the right to decide whether the establishment opens or closes at other times for justifiable reasons.

WHAT TIME DO WE NEED TO ARRIVE?

Tickets & Pre-Tickets: It is considered a "NO SHOW" if you do not show up up to 2 hours before the end of the event. VIP Zone: from 13hrs to 15hrs. Non-attendance before 15:00 (within the 2-hour window) will be considered a 'No Show'. If you cannot arrive by these times, please contact our guest services on reservations@grupoceans.com. You will be able to use your VIP Zone until 20hrs. Except special events that indicate in your ticket what time the party finishes.

WHAT TIME ARE THE POOLS OPEN?

Swimming pools are open from 13hrs to 20hrs.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE BEACH CLUB?

Under 18s are NOT permitted into the venue.

ARE PETS ALLOWED AT THE BEACH CLUB?

The Beach Club will not allow access to the complex with any animal except for guide dogs.

ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL EVENTS AT OCEANS CALVIA BEACH?

Yes! We have special events most of the days at Oceans, please check our calendar at oceanscalviabeach.com.

ARE THERE ANY FREE SEATING AREAS AVAILABLE WITHIN THE VENUE?

The venue has a limited amount of seating/tables around the bar, but this is not guaranteed. We always advise to book a bed or table where possible to avoid disappointment.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

There is no strict dress code at Oceans Calvia Beach, fancy dress and costumes are welcome as long as it is not a dark theme. Sandals are allowed. Glitter & Body paint is not permitted if you are using our pools. After 20:00 it is required that T-shirts and footwear must be worn at all times.

CAN YOU EXPLAIN WHAT THE COVER CHARGE / MIN SPEND MEANS?

VIP Zones are made up of a Minimum Spend plus a cover charge. The minimum spend means the amount of money you can spend on that day to secure the VIP zones. This can be spent on food and drinks of your choice, or a drinks package. The cover charge is what you pay to hire the VIP Zones for the day. The deposit amount you pay to secure the VIP Zones is deducted from the total cost of the booking, so you just need to pay the remainder of your balance on the day. Example: if the VIP Zone has a 100€ cover charge and 600€ minimum spend, the total cost is 700€ and you receive 600€ back to spend on food and drinks of your choice.

CAN YOU EXPLAIN WHAT THE SERVICE CHARGE?

A 5% service charge will be applied to the total bill, which must be paid on the day of your visit to the beach club. This charge covers the costs of additional services provided during your stay.

WHEN DO I PAY THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE ON MY BOOKING?

Your waiter upon arrival at your VIP zone will charge this on the day. This can be paid by either card or cash. The outstanding amount of the booking can also be paid up to 72 hours before the date the VIP zone is reserved, however any additional spends over the minimum spend will need to be paid on the day to your waiter by cash or credit/debit card.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY REMAINING BALANCE?

Clients can pay for the remaining balance on the day of their booking directly with their waiter; alternatively clients can pay for the remaining balance via a payment link sent from the reservations team. We wish to make it clear that we NEVER request bank account details or any other financial information from our clients. Oceans Calvia Beach does not accept any payment via bank transfer or over the telephone for security reasons.

DO I NEED TO USE THE SAME CARD THAT WAS USED TO PAY THE DEPOSIT?

This is not necessary. You will be able to pay using a different card or in cash on the day.

CAN I CHOOSE WHICH SUNSET LOUNGE AREA WE HAVE?

Unfortunately you are unable to choose the specific location of any Lounge booked. The lounge area for the group is allocated on arrival by the Host/Hostess team. If you have booked a lounge area for more than one guest, we advise arriving early in order to be allocated together.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD & DRINK?

No, we do not permit food or drinks to be bought into the venue from outside. We have a fantastic beach club menu from 13:00H to 19:00H and our very special Oceans Restaurant is located directly on the beach front if you want more of a sit-down meal.

CAN I BRING LUGGAGE INTO THE VENUE?

We do not store any luggage, large bags or bike helmets at the venue or at any of our venues, so they will not be permitted inside. However, we offer small lockers (approx. 10cm × 15cm). Requirements: Identity document. Cost: €10 per day.

DO YOU PROVIDE TOWELS?

Four towels are provided per reserved VIP area upon arrival. Additional towels are available for rent per day. Cost: €10 per day. Please ask a member of our team upon arrival. You are also welcome to bring your own towels.

CAN YOU TELL ME HOW MUCH THE PRICE IS IN A CURRENCY OTHER THAN EURO?

Unfortunately we are unable to advise you what the exact amount would be in GBP, as we charge in our local currency the Euro. This conversion rate would be determined by your bank. However we can suggest looking at www.xe.com as a guide only to view the latest rates.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

The party goes on! With more than 300 days of sun a year in Mallorca, it doesn't rain often so when it does, we celebrate it — you're going to get wet anyway! We also have indoor & covered areas.

CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?

VIP and General Admission Tickets: Tickets are non-refundable. Refund policies managed by external promoters are not the direct responsibility of Oceans Calviá Beach. For any questions regarding refunds, contact the relevant promoter directly. VIP Area Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you will not be responsible for paying the remaining balance; however, the deposit is non-refundable. You can cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the booking date to receive a 70% refund if you paid in full. After 72 hours, no refunds will be issued.
